Bio
After graduating from the
Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania, Stephoenix joined the family business in real estate
development. For her first project, the Soho-native, along with other investors, bought a
two-story garage in Tribeca. She transformed the property
into an
exclusive luxury condominium of duplex lofts, height equivalent to 16
stories high. Then she earned her M.S. degree in Real Estate at New York University, got married, and moved to the South! Following her priorities of faith, family and health, she is now focusing her efforts as director of two nonprofit arts institutions. For fun, Stephoenix
enjoys amusement parks, games, dancing, water/outdoors, and
combinations thereof.
